About
Behind every stock price there’s a business, and behind every business there’s a balance sheet. Yet most of us are never taught to read one. Earnings reports are full of words like “accruals”, “free cash flow” and “adjusted EBITDA”, and it’s easy to feel the numbers are written for someone else. At least that was true for me, and I wanted a way to learn that would feel fun and engaging. That’s how the idea for this project was born.
So I made it a game. Each chapter is a short story beat, a few cards that explain one idea with real examples, and a handful of puzzles where you put it to work. Retries are unlimited, and every wrong answer tells you why. You start by helping run a small café and finish on an investment committee, deciding whether a flashy company deserves your money.
If something is confusing or you have an idea, the Feedback link at the bottom of every page comes straight to me. I read all of it.
One chapter in every act is free. The rest of the course is a one-time purchase. If you try it, find it useful and decide to buy it - I truly appreciate it.
Every chapter is open to you. If you bought the course: thank you, truly. It’s what keeps this project going.
